Gestalt Therapy


Gestalt therapy is a dynamic, holistic, and experiential therapy that helps people work through problems related to depression, anxiety, work, and relationships.  My goal is to help my clients appreciate and integrate all aspects of themselves.  By focusing on here-and-now interaction and by bringing past experiences that interfere with current functioning to awareness, I encourage each individual's potential for creativity, growth, and change. I work with individuals, couples and groups.
